14. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Processing and delivery times displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

Customs inspection or clearance;
Public holidays;
Peak seasonal demand;
Severe weather;
Transportation disruption;
Remote delivery locations;
Incorrect customer information;
Import restrictions; and

Products in the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Tracking information may take time to update after a shipment is dispatched.

Where tracking is available, you are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and ensuring that delivery can be received at the address supplied.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, except where required by applicable law.

If your parcel appears lost, materially delayed, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us so we can investigate with the relevant carrier.

15. DELIVERY ADDRESS

You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

If an incorrect address is provided, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment or shipment has started.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect, or another circumstance attributable to the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be sent again, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. RISK OF LOSS AND DELIVERY

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, responsibility for physical loss or damage generally transfers to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person designated by you to receive them.

Where mandatory consumer law provides a different rule regarding risk during delivery, that mandatory rule will apply.

17. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect products, missing items, and related matters are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Our standard policy currently allows eligible products to be returned within the applicable return period stated in that policy, subject to the eligibility conditions and exclusions described there.

Customers should contact support@lioranesthome.com before returning a product.

Important: Our business registration/contact address is not automatically a return warehouse or authorized return address.

Do not send products to our Shenzhen business address unless our customer support team has expressly instructed you in writing to do so.

Returns sent to an unauthorized address may be delayed, refused, lost, or unable to be correctly processed.

Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy or these Terms limits statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

18. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR MISSING PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged, appears defective, is materially different from what you ordered, or an item is missing from a completed delivery, please contact support@lioranesthome.com as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request reasonable supporting information, including:

Your order number;
Photographs or videos of the product;
Photographs of the packaging;
Photographs of the shipping label; and
A description of the issue.

Please retain the affected product and packaging until we have reviewed your request.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, refund, reshipment, or another reasonable solution.

19. CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Where we are able to cancel an order before shipment, any amount already collected for the cancelled items will generally be refunded to the original payment method.

Mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to consumers under applicable law are not affected by this section.

20. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNT CODES, AND SPECIAL OFFERS

However, if you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection granted to you under the laws of your country or place of habitual residence where those protections cannot lawfully be waived by contract.

35. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

We encourage you to contact us first if you have a complaint or dispute so that we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.

We will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to legitimate complaints.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, then, to the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services may be submitted to the courts having competent jurisdiction in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, People’s Republic of China.

However, if applicable consumer protection law gives you a mandatory right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country or place of residence, or otherwise prohibits an exclusive foreign jurisdiction clause, those mandatory rights will not be affected.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where legally available.

36. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms, our Return & Refund Policy, our Shipping & Delivery Policy, or any other store policy is intended to waive, restrict, or exclude a consumer right that cannot legally be waived, restricted, or excluded.
